PENGOBATAN GRATIS HABEMA SENANGKAN WARGA KELANUNGIN
Gome Puncak, MediaHabema – Satuan Tugas Batalyon Infanteri (Satgas Yonif) Raider 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad, salah satu Satuan Jajaran Komando Operasi HABEMA di Papua, tengah melaksanakan tugas Operasi Pengamanan Perbatasan Mobil RI-PNG, di wilayah Kabupaten Puncak, Provinsi Papua Tengah. Pada hari Kamis, 16 Januari 2025, Satgas Yonif 323 Kostrad, khususnya Pos Gome dipimpin Lettu Inf Galang, menggelar kegiatan Teritorial bertajuk “Pengobatan Gratis” kepada seorang warga Kampung Kelanungin, Distrik Gome. Kegiatan Teritorial ini dilakukan dalam rangka membantu kesulitan warga setempat dalam bidang kesehatan, yang merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar masyarakat.
Dalam pelaksanaan tugas rutin pengamanan wilayah, atas perintah Komandan Satgas Yonif 323 Kostrad, Letkol Inf Tri Wiratno, menyampaikan pentingnya perhatian Satgas kepada kebutuhan dasar masyarakat di sekitar Pos. Oleh sebab itu, pada hari Kamis tersebut, para Prajurit TNI memanfaatkan waktu pengamanan wilayah dengan membantu seorang warga Kampung Kelanungin yang mengalami kecelakaan luka sobek di bagian kepalanya akibat terkena seng di rumah. Pos Gome yang memiliki Tim Medis langsung merespon kehadiran warga Kelanungin yang bernama Desmira Waker dengan melakukan pemeriksaan dan pengobatan.
Sambil melaksanakan pengobatan, Personel Kesehatan Pos Gome juga mengajak komunikasi serta interaksi dengan Desmira dan keluarga yang mendampinginya.
Melalui interaksi tersebut, para Prajurit TNI juga mengetahui perkembangan kondisi keamanan di Kampung Kelanungin yang masih relatif aman. Lebih lanjut, pasca pengobatan, Tim Medis menyerahkan obat secara cuma-cuma kepada Desmira untuk dikonsumsi selama beberapa hari kedepan guna kesembuhan lukanya. Setelah itu, Desmira menyampaikan kegembiraannya dengan berkata, “Terima kasih Komandan 323. Saya lebih sehat sekarang. Tuhan memberkati.”
“Inisiatif Satgas Yonif 323 Kostrad memberikan pengobatan kepada warga Kampung Kelanungin, merupakan wujud TNI memberikan pelayanan kebutuhan dasar, khususnya bidang kesehatan, dalam rangka mendukung percepatan pembangunan di wilayah Papua”, ungkap Panglima HABEMA, Mayjen TNI Lucky Avianto, pasca menerima laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan.

HABEMA’S FREE HEALTH TREATMENT MADE KELANUNGIN RESIDENT HAPPY
Gome Puncak, MediaHabema – One of the military units under the command of the Indonesian Armed Forces Operational Command HABEMA, the Task Forces of the Raider Infantry Battalion 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad, is currently conducting mobile security at the border of Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, especially in the Puncak Regency, Papua Tengah Province. On Thursday, 16 January 2025, the 323 Task Forces, especially the Gome Post led by First Lieutenant Galang, conducted a Territorial Activity entitled “Free Health Treatment” for a resident from Kelanungin Village, Gome District. This activity, a testament to their dedication, helped the residents with difficulties in the health sector, one of the community’s basic needs.
Emphasizing the Soldiers’ unwavering commitment, the Commander of the 323 Task Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Tri Wiratno, stressed the importance of the Task Forces’ attention to the basic necessities of the community around the Post. This message was not just words but an immediate call to action, a reassurance of the Soldiers’ steadfast commitment to the community. Therefore, on Thursday, the Soldiers took advantage of their routine security duty by helping a Kelanungin resident who had an incident and suffered a laceration to his head due to being hit by zinc at home. The Gome Post, which has a Medical Team, immediately responded to the arrival of the resident, Desmira Waker, by conducting an examination and treatment. This initiative was not just about the Soldiers’ commitment but also about the resilience and unity of the Kelanungin community in the face of challenges.
The Medical Team also fostered communication and interaction with Desmira and his family during the treatment. This interaction not only provided the Soldiers with updates about the security conditions in the Kelanungin Village but also made Desmira smile. After the treatment, the Medical Team provided Desmira with free medicine for the next few days to aid his recovery. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Desmira expressed his joy, saying, “Thank you, Commander 323. I feel healthier now. God bless.” This moment of joy and relief for Desmira is a testament to the positive impact of the Task Forces’ initiative on the individual.
After receiving the activity report, the HABEMA Commanding General, Major General Lucky Avianto, acknowledged the 323 Task Forces’ initiative to help treat Kelanungin resident. His words: “The 323 Task Forces’ initiative is a testament to TNI’s commitment to helping the residents with difficulties in the health sector to support the acceleration of development in the Papua region.” This acknowledgment from the highest authority in HABEMA underscores the significant impact of such initiatives on the region’s development. It instills profound hope and optimism about their potential to positively shape the region’s future. More importantly, it makes the Task Forces and the community feel recognized and appreciated for their efforts, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in community development.
